The first Supper Special of 2019 at Le Binchotan will debut a special programme within the Supper Special — aptly titled Jeremmy & Friends. This programme kicks with ArChan Chan of LeVeL33 who presents Stir-fried Clams with XO Sauce, made in-house from scratch with dried scallops and Spanish jamon; and Grilled Shishito Peppers and Fermented Leeks with Hopped Salt. Alongside, Jeremmy presents Prawn Noodle Soup, served with a broth simmered for at least four hours with prawns and pork bones; as well as Ebi Crackers with a Sambal so addictively zingy that people have asked to buy jars.
Chef ArChan will be cooking with chef Jeremmy, in Le Binchotan, on 25, 26 and 27 April.
