Hungarian Gourmet Week at 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung

Szia! Enjoy a week of scrumptious Hungarian dishes this April, as 15 Stamford by Alvin Leung will be holding a Hungarian Gourmet Week. Held from 24 to 29 April 2023, guests can look forward to lunch and dinner set menus specially crafted by Executive Chef Peter Bardos of Kempinski Hotel Corvinus Budapest.

Lunch is a three-course affair, starting with a fine Duck Foie Gras Terrine with Tokaj wine marinade, green walnuts, and brioche. Then, savour a hearty Mangalitsa Tenderloin “Brassó Style” with confit potatoes, peas, morel mushrooms, and romano. End your meal for a light yet decadent finish with the Sponge Cake Somlói, consisting of Hungarian trifle, walnuts, vanilla, and chocolate

In the evenings, dinner is elevated to a five-course meal, with the addition of two courses that include a harmonious Goose Consommé with seasonal spring vegetables and herb semolina dumplings. Also, indulge in the Crepe a’la Hortobágy, filled with an iconic chicken paprikash served with cucumber relish and sour cream; an authentic and modern taste of Hungarian cuisine.

The three-course lunch costs S$68++ per person, while the five-course dinner is S$128++. Wine pairings with select Hungarian varietals are available as add-ons, at S$58++ and S$88++ for lunch and dinner, respectively.

Lunch runs from 12PM – 3PM, while dinner is 6PM – 10PM.
