As this year’s Bicentennial National Day draws near, Yan presents a special array of dim sum to mark the commemoration. Indulge in a range of traditional Cantonese delights refreshed with local zest in the company of loved ones, from 1 July to 31 August 2019.
The National Day Special Dim Sum menu comprises five different creations ideal for sharing, each incorporating flavours of perennial local favourites sure to enchant the palate, including creations such as the Steamed Xiao Long Bao with Bak Kut Teh Stock and Steamed Hainanese Chicken with Sticky Rice Wrapped in Lotus Leaf.
Yan’s National Day Special Dim Sum menu is available daily from 1 July to 31 August 2019 during lunch hours, 12pm to 2:30pm.
