Before draping yourself comfortably across the sofa, grab hold of the Signature Mini Beef Burger comprising freshly baked housemade buns stacked with a juicy wagyu beef patty, fried quail egg, mushroom, bacon, cheese and truffle mayo; or the Mini Baguette – Chef Armando’s favourite sandwich built with beef salami, gorgonzola cheese and sweet figs jam. The savoury Pizza Di Scarola, a traditional south Italian classic that is really more like a pie than regular pizza, brings an unusual but umami-rich flavour to the palate.
While watching the spectacular parade, delight in the Foie Gras Terrine seated on a housemade fluffy pan brioche with pear compote, luxe Blinis topped with refreshing lobster salad and delicate avruga caviar, Chilli Crab Mousse, served with crisp rice crackers and keep the excitement sizzling with Wasabi Chips and Nuts.
