The inaugural GastroFest at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore is a one-day only event that brings together an elaborate and thoughtfully-curated line-up of culinary delights matched with a host of exciting activities.
Set amid the famed lush grounds of the hotel and spanning the poolside, GastroFest promises an exclusive afternoon of revelry, including a sumptuous spread of international and local cuisine, Gin Garden, Art Jamming Lawn, and live music performances; complemented by Shangri-La’s signature five-star experience. Headlining the festival are the hotel’s two renowned restaurants; Waterfall Ristorante Italiano – known for its Southern Italian classic fare, and The Line; one of Singapore’s best buffet destinations. Guests can also savour gourmet specialties served up at pop-up stations helmed by an impressive list of partner establishments such as TONO Cevicheria, Meat Smith, Springleaf Prata, Coconut Club as well as The Pantree.
