Oh Snap, It’s Back! Available only for a limited period from now till 31 May 2022, Oriole Coffee + Bar introduces a delicious seasonal menu filled with savoury American seafood classics for us to enjoy as we slowly settle into mid-year.
Look forward to the delicious Firecracker Crab Po’boy ($18++) and the Firecracker Shrimp Po’boy ($20++)! Inspired by the eponymous traditional sandwich from Louisiana, they feature buttery brioche buns enveloping plentiful chunks of crab or prawn, deep-fried and seasoned with Cajun spices. They also come with a side of crispy shoestring fries and salad tossed in a sherry vinaigrette and olive oil.
Oriole is also bringing back a fan favourite, the sumptuous Snapper Pie ($32++)! This dish introduces a pan-seared snapper fish simply cooked in a flavourful white sauce made with a stock from roasted fish bones; and beautifully presented under a cap of buttery, flaky pastry.
