This Father’s Day, spend the day with that father figure in your life at Fat Cow with a mouth-watering meal. This 3-course meal with flavourful Japanese creations is available only for lunch from 13 to 20 June 2022 and at $118++ per person.
Renowned for their premium line-up of handpicked Japanese wagyu and customised beef experiences, dads can look forward to the Miyazaki Steak with Ginger Sauce that features a beautifully marbled Miyazaki A4 wagyu steak grilled on a low flame and topped with grilled shishito peppers. The steak is served with a house-made ginger sauce that balances the richness of the beef.
Also featured is the delicious Kanpachi Yuanyaki, a delicately grilled fillet of Kanpachi fish that was first marinated in a traditional house-made Yuan sauce. Accompanying each set is a bowl of Fat Cow’s signature “Fat Rice”, that presents premium Japanese rice that has been mixed with kombu, truffle and wagyu fat, rendered from the restaurant’s own premium beef selections.
The meal is accompanied by other delightful sides like the flavourful Mixed Vegetable Stew, an appetising Momotaro Salad, and ends with a beautiful Sakura Panna Cotta delicately made in-house with a layer of Sakura jelly and Sakura flowers.
