Chef Residence is excited to share with you that SingleThread, a Three MICHELIN-Starred destination restaurant from Sonoma Wine County, will arrive in Singapore for a highly anticipated four-week residency this July at Singapore’s historic Fullerton Waterboat House.
Established in 2016, SingleThread won the One To Watch Award for The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2018 and is now ranked #37 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurant list. Chef-patron Kyle Connaughton along with wife/farmer Katina Connaughton will bring a uniquely curated taste of Sonoma Wine Country for local guests to experience.
SingleThread restaurant is typically fully booked months in advance. Reserve your seat and experience a bespoke hospitality experience and indulge on a 7-course tasting menu, showcasing the seasonal bounty inspired by the couple’s Sonoma, CA farm.
