In light of International Pi Day, an annual celebration of the mathematical constant π (or 3.14159…) which falls on March 14 (3/14 geddit?), KOMYUNITI @ YOTEL Singapore will be introducing an exclusive lunch buffet spread with a live station special, only available that weekend on 16 and 17 March 2019 (Sat and Sun).
Come Pi Day weekend, KOMYUNITI will set up a live pie station where diners can unleash their creative side and build their own dessert. There are three different base flavours to choose from – Vanilla, Lemon and Chocolate, and they can top it off with a variety of fillings, ranging from fresh fruits to crunch and sauces!
KOMYUNITI will also be presenting a special buffet selection of bites, such as:
• Cheese and Cold Cut Selection Platter
• Baked Shrimp Cake with Remoulade Sauce
• Assorted Bread Rolls
• Mini Savoury Vegetable Tarts
• Smoked Salmon with Blini
• New Orleans Mini Muffuletta Sandwiches

In addition, KOMYUNITI will also be introducing a Pi(e) Day-exclusive a la carte menu featuring savoury mains such as Steak & Fries, Confit Chicken Leg with Potato Mash and Medley of Vegetables and Pulled Pork Burger with Fries. The menu also includes less meat-heavy dishes like the Grilled Miso Salmon with Sautéed Vegetables and Pan Roasted Polenta Cake with Grilled Vegetables and Mushrooms.
