The 8-course meal will feature the Kumamoto Wagyu Beef cooked in various styles with truffles from La Rustichella Truffles, an Italian truffle specialist with over 30 years of experience. Sought after by renowned restaurants worldwide, the summer truffles’ persistent and penetrating scent are artfully infused with creations including the Truffle Honey Wagyu Tartare and the Wagyu Sukiyaki, served with Japanese Egg Yolk and Shaved Truffle.
All diners will also receive a complimentary bottle of Kitaya Gin No Hitomi Daiginjo, a specially-selected sake with a light, smooth and crisp finish, to pair with the dishes.
