Paying homage to the fancy 19th-century Brandy Crusta in New Orleans, the Neo Crusta is a fruit-forward cocktail of muddled pandan, orange curaçao, maraschino liqueur, and verjuice, served in a coupette glass crusted with dehydrated coconut cream.
