LeVeL33’s modern take on the classic Irish shepherd’s pie, the Stout & Whiskey Braised Beef Pie ($45++) features slow-braised Wagyu beef cheeks, cooked to perfection in Irish whiskey and LeVeL33’s signature Stout and enveloped in full butter puff pastry. The dish is accompanied by creamy smoked truffle mash and minted butter peas. In a cheeky hat-tip to the day, a complimentary 0.3L stout will be served alongside the dish.
Delve into the tantalising Irish Oysters ($36++ for half-dozen). Their sweet oceanic brininess are given an extra burst of complexity with a jelly of citrus and Stout. Accompanying this dish is a mignonette sauce, crafted with LeVeL33’s signature Blond Lager. The Irish Oysters also comes paired with a complimentary 0.3L stout.
Diners can choose to treat themselves to LeVeL33’s Irish Whiskey & Organic Honey Ice Cream ($10++/scoop), glazed with decadent Stout Caramel. The dessert could be enjoyed as a stand-alone dessert or a sweet end to the meal at LeVeL33.
