As a sign of support for Ukraine, Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse will be presenting a prefix 4-course dinner menu ($128++) heavily inspired by traditional Ukrainian dishes on 27 March.
Diners can look forward to items such as the delightful Varenyky or Ukrainian dumplings, made from scratch with variations of beef, pork, chicken, potato and mushrooms, as well as a Kotletka Pokyivski or Chicken Kyiv, inspired by the buttery, richly savoury chicken cutlet that is ubiquitous in menus all over the Ukrainian capital.
This special menu will be available only for dine-in on Sunday, 27 March 2022, at Thirty Six Brewlab & Smokehouse. The dinner will commence at 5pm, and 100% of all profits from the sales of this menu on 27 March will be donated to the Red Cross Ukrainian fund.
