The sumptuous four-course table d’hôte menu starts with a selection of snacks and offers choices for starter, pasta, and main course, while desserts are presented in sharing portions. Relish time-honoured flavours with Amela tomato with roasted eggplant and whipped mozzarella and a flavoursome capon ravioli with black truffle.
A must-have in all Italian households during Christmastime is seafood. At Altro Zafferano, an array of dishes highlighting these gems are presented during dinnertime on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day as an early three-course dinner that ends at 8pm, or as a five-course dinner for a leisurely meal. Highlights include an alluring bluefin tuna tartare with oscietra caviar and walnut milk and a Sardinian stuffed pasta of culurgiones with razor clam and black truffle.
