A mother’s love is unconditional and worthy of respect. Express gratitude to these wonderful women with wholesome Cantonese fare prepared with sincerity by Yàn. From 23 April to 9 May 2021, make mothers feel special this Mother’s Day at Yàn with a repertoire of Cantonese fare across six and eight-course set menus for dine-in, while a six-course takeaway meal brings joy into every household.
Available for both dine-in and takeaway are two specialities – Bundle of Joy Spring Chicken ($100) and Yàn Harvest Pen Cai (from $300). In the former dish, every meticulous step in preparation reflects the nurturing nature of maternal love. Nestled within a whole spring chicken are 6-head abalones, quail eggs, roast pork belly, and black mushrooms. The petite eggs, tucked snugly in the chicken, symbolises motherhood.
Exclusively for dine-in only, the six-course set menu ($88++ per person; minimum 2 persons) features flavoursome dishes that nourish the body and warm the heart with highlights such as the soul-warming Double-boiled Peru Maca Soup with Sea Whelks. Offering a wider selection of Cantonese classics is the eight-course set menu ($128++ per person; minimum 2 persons) – feast on the Yàn Peking Duck, a timeless favourite. An exclusive treat awaits dine-in guests only on 8 and 9 May 2021: limited complimentary sets of Kinohimitsu Bird’s Nest (with Chrysanthemum or Collagen), worth $49.90 each, will be gifted with minimum $600 spend.
Enjoy an indulgent feast in the comfort of home with Yàn’s six-course meal bundle ($78 nett per person; minimum 4 persons). Self-collection orders for the six-course meal will be paired with complimentary gifts worth $45 in total. The trio of treats comprises Yàn’s Signature XO Spicy Sauce, Crispy Caramelized Walnuts, as well as Yellow Bean Chili Sauce – providing the perfect accompaniments for happy get-togethers.
