Sate the appetite with an invigorating appetiser of Fish Hamachi Carpaccio, served with compressed sweet pineapple, cooling and crisp diced cucumber as well as sesame shoyu dressing. The starter highlights a sublime ensemble of Hokkaido Scallop served with poached egg, asparagus and morel mushroom sauce.
Savour the irresistible starter of Pan Roasted Quail with decadent foie gras, ripe dark cherries, and gherkin tomato salsa. The best of land and sea is showcased in the main course with the succulent Black Angus Tenderloin, Lobster and Halibut Fillet complemented with seasonal vegetables and truffle jus.
Conclude the romantic evening with the delicate Chocolate Red Wine Pear Tart accompanied with passionfruit mango sorbet and seasonal berries.
