Celebrate Love at Altro Zafferano

In Italy, food is an expression of love. This Valentine’s Day, Altro Zafferano dedicates this special evening to celebrate romance. Exclusively on 14 February, enjoy a captivating five-course dinner menu ($248++ per diner) curated for two by Executive Chef Andrea De Paola. A perfect evening to luxuriate in an amorous ambience set against the breath-taking backdrop of the Marina WaterFront.

The enchanting evening commences with a selection of moreish snacks and aperitivo. Savour luscious appetiser that combines the sweetness of Hokkaido sea urchin with white asparagus and Oscietra caviar. This is followed by the soulful Risotto with artichoke, accentuated with the 100-year-old Balsamico. Exquisite flavours of seafood is highlighted in the Scampi tortelli, zucchini trombetta and scapece foam – a stunning plate of expertly handcrafted scampi parcels complemented with the refreshing zucchini. The main course presents a choice of premium meat and seafood. Delicate Wild dover sole is served with morels mushrooms, enlivened with champagne and orange blossom. For meat lovers, indulge in the succulent Hokkaido Wagyu with smoked shallot and fermented truffle. Concluding the evening on an ambrosial note is a lovely pair of desserts served to each couple – Strawberry Mousse with Valhrona Opalys and Lemon and Mandarin Parfait with Earl Grey Tea and Yuzu.

Altro Zafferano Valentine’s Day five-course is available on 14 February from 6pm onwards at $248++ per diner.
