From 9 to 18 June 2023, the modern European restaurant presents a thoughtfully curated 4-Course Set Menu for dine-in at the restaurant or a hearty meat-focused Celebration Set for takeaway and delivery.
Available for lunch and dinner at Tablescape, spoil dad with delectable creations featured in the Father’s Day 4-Course Set Menu ($108++/pax). Look forward to items such as the Octopus, highlighting a gently charred yet tender octopus prepared on a Josper grill, accompanied by sweet heirloom tomatoes, a mesclun salad and creamy burrata cheese. The duck featuring succulent duck breast seasoned with parsley and thyme, then sous vide and pan-seared till the skin is wonderfully crisp. End the celebration with the Dapper Delight dessert, an Amadei 70% dark chocolate roll dusted with cacao powder at the end, fashioning a look akin to a Cuban cigar.
Tablescape’s Father’s Day Celebration Set ($108nett) is good for two persons and delights with an ensemble of meats skilfully cooked on the Josper grill, served with sides and sauces. Highlights include the Organic Baby Chicken marinated in a fragrant blend of thyme, rosemary, and garlic, 280g Sanchoku Wagyu Beef Striploin elevated with a robust seasoning of spices and herbs like paprika, thyme, rosemary, parsley, onion, and garlic and Slow-Cooked Pork Belly boasting a crackling skin and smokey flavours imparted by the Josper grill.
Accompanying these meats are scrumptious sides and sauces including grilled vegetables, truffle potato mousseline, a zesty chimichurri sauce, and more.
