Celebrate Father’s Day at Binary

From 17 June to 17 July, Binary offers a month-long menu featuring dry-aged 44 Farms USDA Super Prime ribeye from Maturo and whisky from GlenDronach – the second oldest legal whisky producer in Scotland.

Exclusively on the Father’s Day weekend from 17 to 19 June, Binary raises a toast to fathers with a glass of GlenDronach Original 12 Years on the house. Fathers who present a photograph of themselves with their child to the staff at Binary will receive the complimentary glass.

Maturo’s dry-aged USDA Super Prime ribeye (250 grams) is served in Binary’s signature approach – guests can choose either Asian or Western accompaniments with their steak. Red wine sauce and rock salt presents the classic Western pairing, while Japanese yuzu kosho complements the steak with citrusy and spicy notes.

The steak can be enjoyed fresh or dry-aged. The different dry-aging stages impart different flavour profiles, and the beef is more tender and develops deeper flavours with each day of aging in the first month. After 30 days, the flavour profile evolves and acquires buttery and umami elements.

Guests can choose the USDA Super Prime ribeye from: Fresh ($68++), 15 days ($118++), 30 days ($128++), 50 days ($158++).

Binary expands their GlenDronach whisky collection on the drinks menu with special prices for the month-long promotion. In addition to the Revival 15 Years ($26++ per glass; $320++ per 700ml bottle), Binary also offers the Original 12 Years ($18++ per glass; $228++ per 700ml bottle) and the Traditionally Peated ($20++ per glass; $240++ per 700ml bottle), crafted to honour GlenDronach’s early whisky making heritage.

Curated for discerning whisky connoisseurs, the Vertical Flight ($48++ for a flight of three 30ml glasses) brings together the above trio of whiskies – a sublime way to appreciate the array of richly sherried single malts from GlenDronach.
