Available from 5pm, LeVeL33’s healthful, flavourful Earth Day selection features BBQ Baby Corn ($4++), balanced with black garlic and served with puffed beer malt; Heirloom Radishes Medley ($19++) brightened with a herb aioli, sorrel and capers; and hearty Roasted Cauliflower & Romanesco ($32++), paired with spiced pumpkin puree and wheat beer quinoa. Satisfy sweet cravings with the unusual Strawberry Consomme ($15++), served with melon granita and IPA basil jelly.
These are available a-la-carte, so you can customise your meal exactly the way you like it – but for those who want a vegetable-focused treat, the whole Earth Menu is available for an easy $66++.
