Christmas starts early this year at KOMYUNITI – join us to eat, drink and be merry with festive menus available from the start of December.
Whether you’re gathering just your nearest and dearest, or you need to feed every little helper in Santa’s workshop, KOMYUNITI has the right menu for every appetite. Mrs Claus would like to know who’s coming for dinner, so make sure to book at least three days in advance! For those who wish to be extra merry, a Bumbu Eggnog ($16++) cocktail is available in-house this December, featuring new-to-market Bumbu Rum mixed with custard egg mix, nutmeg and garnished with cranberry.
Intimate gatherings will love the “Christmas Festive 2019” menu, offered á la carte or as a set menu (starting at three courses for $38++), available 23 to 29 December. If unexpected guests appear on surprise visits, no worries, you’ll also be able to pre-order this menu for a minimum of 10 persons outside those dates, between 1 to 30 December. Diners can choose between Mains such as the X’mas Turkey ($20) with a twist, or Festive Fish Seabass ($23). The turkey is double-cooked and served with a puree of edamame, braised baby carrots, buttered corn and asparagus, in a moist pool of chicken jus. If you prefer a different sort of white meat, the seabass is pan-seared and complemented with sides of ginger and carrot mash, teriyaki king oyster mushroom, Japanese red wine braised cabbage and cucumber salad, and drizzled with a soy mustard dressing.
Groups of 25 or more can look forward to an evening of feasting with the “Christmas Event Buffet Menu 2019” ($68+++ per pax), available from 1 to 30 December. For three hours, enjoy a free flow salad bar, soups, appetizers, desserts and soft drinks. But the star of the buffet line up is undoubtedly the Christmas Corner, a traditional Christmas carvery, with Roasted Baked Turkey and Honey Baked Ham, with sides of cranberry sauce, turkey jus, horseradish, mustard and capers.
