From 16 to 30 September 2019 guests can enjoy redefined contemporary Asian cuisine with a specially curated lunch and dinner set menu by CÉ LA VI’s Chef De Cuisine Joeri Timmermans.
Highlights from the starters include the satiating Burrata with marinated tomatoes, wakame oil dressing and chrysanthemum garnish and the indulgent Maine Lobster glazed with salted egg yolk butter, preserved lemon, horseradish, and purslane. For the mains, guests can choose from creative dishes such as the Pan Seared Turbot dressed in Kombu butter and served with green asparagus and the Black Market Rib Eye with a Shiso vinegar glaze and fresh green Kampot pepper, or opt for a vegetarian twist on the classic Southeast Asian Khao Soi with broccoli and torched ginger flower. To conclude the meal, guests can treat themselves to desserts choices such as Prickly Pear with refreshing granita and sorbet, or Turbo Chocolate for a chocolate surprise.
For the lunch set, guests can select a two-course menu for S$78++ with wine pairings for an additional S$68++, or three-course menu for S$98++ with wine pairings for an additional S$88++. For the dinner set, guests can choose from a five-course menu priced at S$198++ or S$298++ for an eight-course menu, with wine pairings at an additional S$128++ and S$168++ respectively.
