An authentic American barbecue restaurant, Decker smokes all of their meat low and slow over oak wood (no shortcuts here!) in their Texas-built smoker for an authentic taste of TX in Singapore. Highlights from the menu include Pork Spare Ribs, rubbed with signature Decker BBQ rub and glazed with Decker BBQ sauce, smoked for 5+ hours, Smoked Turkey Breast, a whole turkey breast that has been brined and smoked, served with old-school gravy and cranberry sauce, and Wagyu Brisket, the signature barbecue meat of Texas, done the traditional Texas way, whole Wagyu briskets with a rub of salt and pepper before 10 – 12 hours in the smoker (all dishes at S$28). Pair the flavourful dishes with a choice of beers from Little Creatures Brewery, the full line-up from Heart of Darkness’ 25+ taps, and signature cocktails from a rotating schedule of guest bartenders throughout the afternoon.
