This Valentine’s, a charming three-course affair at the Terrace Lounge, complete with the picturesque vista of the Marina Water Front from 43 storeys high sets you and your Valentine on a Romantic Terrace experience bathed in the soft glow of the sunset.
From 5.30pm, every couple can enjoy one bottle of Spumante red wine, or white wine while indulging in a spread of antipasta such as fresh Irish oysters, charcoal grilled Hokkaido scallops, asparagus flan with sea urchin sauce, and jumbo crab salad with avocado and salmon roe. A decadent mozzarella cheese pizza laden with fresh black truffle shavings follows, and the night comes to a sweet finish with an assortment of desserts.
