The succulent Tajima Wagyu Beef, Rucola, Grana Padano, and Datterini Tomatoes with 100yo Balsamic is paired beautifully with the 2018 Avignonesi Grifi, a unique blend of fresh Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
