In an esteemed collaboration in celebration of Akira’s Back Singapore’s 4th anniversary, the modern Japanese restaurant has partnered with award-winning Pastry Chef Janice Wong capturing the zeitgeist of dining.
Through an exquisite selection of seasonal produce and local finds – Tomoyuki Kiga, Chef de Cuisine and Damian Chia, Pastry Sous Chef of Akira Back Singapore and Chef Janice Wong presents an exciting line-up with a six-course tasting menu at $75++, consisting of contemporary dessert curations and renditions of cocktail paying homage to Spring. Highlights of the menu include edible art and four a la carte desserts such as the Chocolate H20 ($22), Kyoto Garden ($18), Shizuka ($18) and Ichigo ($20).
The dining experience is available for Lunch and Dinner from 15 to 28 March 2021 at Akira Back Singapore. Preorders are required two days in advanced, with limited sets per day.
