The five-course menu showcases a set of dishes that are specially created by the team at Tablescape to let the diners feel the love at home. Indulge in the 5-course menu featuring items such as the savoury Grilled Octopus, Braised Beef Cheek, Hokkaido Scallops, Foie Gras, Halibut, and Blossom Love Dessert. Delight in the highlights such as the savoury Grilled Octopus, made with Spanish octopus, grilled in their Josper oven, served with a house-made white bean stew, marinated tomatoes, and a spring onion and lemon emulsion. The succulent Braised Beef Cheek is also prefect for those whose preferences lie on the meatier end. It is braised in the oven with a red wine and garlic marinade for 4 hours, and served with sugar snap peas, sauteed purple cauliflower, cauliflower puree as well as a rich Gold Yukon potato puree blended with truffle paste and a hint of truffle oil.
