This Mother’s Day, the world’s highest urban microbrewery, LeVeL33, is celebrating the unconditional love of mothers with a special menu. Available only 14 May 2023, look forward to an exclusive Mother’s Day 4-course Set Menu ($98++), three all-new a la carte sides, as well as promotional add-ons. To add to the excitement, each order of the 4-course Set Menu comes with a surprise dessert courtesy of the sister F&B concept LOCABA.
LeVeL33’s Mother’s Day menu offers a curated selection of dishes made specially for the occasion. Highlights of the menu include The Heirloom Tomato & Black Cherry Gazpacho – a comforting soup garnished with crispy beer malt and goat’s feta before it is rounded off with aromatic basil oil – and the Ocean Trout Sashimi – a refreshing starter featuring aged Tasmanian trout, puffed wild rice, avocado puree, and Nam Jim.
The Mother’s Day Menu also presents three a-la-carte sides ($12++ each) to complement the meal with items such as classic grilled Asparagus with housemade pistachio dukkah, Truffle Fries and a refreshing Local Leaves Salad.
Additionally, guests who partake in the Mother’s Day 4-course menu have the option to enjoy half a dozen Oysters at $26++ or a glass of 47 Anno Domini Prosecco at $17++ per glass.
