The set menu is available for dine-in, or as takeaway via self-collection or delivery. Dine-in guests are invited to toast to their love with a 10% discount on house wines.
Commence the romantic evening with a warm velvety Purple Potato soup adorned with luscious crème fraiche, crispy shreds of wonton skin, and chives. The starter brings to the table an irresistible ensemble of Chilled Angel Hair pasta served with ikura, crabmeat, and kombu. Cooked to perfection, the angel hair pasta offers lovely bursts of umami with refreshing ikura and savoury kombu.
The main course offers a choice of succulent Angus Ribeye, served medium rare, paired with pomme mousseline, crunchy garlic sprouts, and a red wine sauce that complements the rich flavours of the beef. Those who prefer fish will savour the Norwegian Salmon fillet, accompanied by a robust base of creamy avocado purée, sweet and tart cherry tomato, and crisp tendrils of pea shoots.
At the end of the night, words of love are sweetened further with a divine Chocolate Hazelnut Praline, complemented with berries and zesty passionfruit coulis.
