Guests will embark on a journey through age-old recipes as classic dishes are given a makeover with modern culinary techniques in a specially curated six-course lunch and dinner menu. Inspired by the memories and childhoods of both chefs, heritage recipes are given a modern twist through a creative reinterpretation of ingredients.
