This Christmas, Path presents a festive menu ($198++ per pax) inspired by the idea of dishes that provide warmth and contentment on a snowy winter night. Available only for dinner from 22nd to 25th December 2022, look forward to a festive gastronomic journey complete with deep, soulful Asian flavours elevated with luxurious ingredients and Chef Marvas’s masterful French culinary techniques. Path will also be offering a special drinks promotion from 22 to 25 December, and 30 to 31 December.
Look forward to courses such as the rich Braised Australian Wagyu Short Rib “Canton Style Pot Au Feu”, served with a housemade beef “essence” created by simmering different cuts of beef including beef bones, tendons and marrow.
In addition, from 22 to 25 December, and 30 to 31 December, Path adds to the festive cheer with a special festive drinks promotion for dinner. For a little sparkle to your evening, choose 2-hour free-flow of Henriot Brut Souverain, NV ($70++ per person; all guests at the same table must place the same order). Otherwise, sip through the evening with the Flight of 3 ($42++) which presents a glass of Henriot Brut Souverain, NV; a glass of vibrant crisp Kono Sauvignon Blanc from Māori-owned New Zealand vineyard Kono; and a glass of smooth Paul Jaboulet Aîné Parallèle 45 Côtes du Rhône Rouge.
The festive season also brings about special festive hours – just for Christmas, Path will be open on a Sunday (25 December) and closed on Monday (26 December).
