Well-loved Sichuan specialties with a heavy emphasis on garlic and chilli peppers, as well as the unique flavour of the Sichuan pepper features dominantly on the buffet menu. Cold Chicken in Red Chilli Oil, Chong Qing Baked Seabass, Fish Fillet with Pickled Mustard Greens, Stir-fried Frog with Pickled Chilli, Double-boiled Pork Trotters and Soy Beans Soup, and Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles are just a few of the dishes to be enjoyed.
The buffet selection is further complemented with refreshing treats to neutralise the spiciness including Silky Beancurd with Beancurd Skin, Mango Sago with Pomelo and Osmanthus Jelly with Longan.
A Feast of Sichuan Delights is available at Edge daily, 6:30pm to 10:30pm, from 1 to 26 October 2019. Priced at SGD88 per adult and SGD44 per child, the buffet includes unlimited servings of Teh Tarik and Cendol with Durian Ice Cream.
