If Dad is a whisky lover, indulge him in single malt Scotch whiskies from the Auchentoshan Whisky Flight (choice of three glasses at $58nett), available during Aperitivo Hour from 5 to 8pm daily, 13 to 30 June. Or amp up the celebrations and opt for the Auchentoshan Whisky Flight Pairing with a succulent Wood-Fired Sanchoku F1 Striploin Bone-In Steak (Marbling Score 4/5, 500g) for dinner at $203++, good for two to three persons. Available from 13 to 19 June for dinner only, savour the different single malt Scotch whiskies with a richly marbled and buttery Sanchoku Wagyu steak served with accompaniments of fresh tomatoes, a refreshing watercress salad with lemon vinaigrette featuring 1-Arden’s very own Food Forest produce, and a herbaceous Salsa Verde sauce.

Chill with Dad at the breezy alfresco area with an ice cold beer in hand and scenic city skyline in view, and kick back with a bucket of five bottled beers at $45nett (U.P at $55nett) during Aperitivo Hour from 5 to 8pm daily, 13 to 19 June.
