The workshop, hosted by renowned expert Anthony The Spice Maker, will be a masterclass on the art of creating spice blends known as rempah-making. The Rempah Making Masterclass with Anthony The Spice Maker will take place on Saturday, April 22th, at 2pm and 4pm. The workshop will be a fun and interactive experience where participants will learn from Anthony’s 20 years of expertise on how to create a perfect blend of spices. Anthony will demonstrate how to cook nonya chicken curry, followed by a hands-on activity where participants will create their own rempah paste.
