The 19th edition of the Singapore Science Festival (SSF) has an ambitious plan – the creation of “Singapore’s Largest Slime Installation”.
Join us and be part of setting a new SLIMY science record by helping load a giant 3m-long “This is Science” structure – this year’s theme of the festival. Along the way, you’ll learn how slime is an amazingly versatile toy that can teach everybody more about science principles like viscosity, polymers and chemical reactions. Head down to Fusionopolis One for a fun Friday activity for the young and young at heart!
The record-setting activity is jointly organised by Science Centre Singapore and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) in collaboration with JTC and Singapore Book of Records. It is one of many activities part of Singapore Science Festival, a two-week-long national event that takes place from 30 August to 14 September celebrating STEM.
