TECH TARIK continues with the deep-dive into mental wellness. This human library portion is continuation of talk portion. Come in to hear from experts and listen to stories from everyday Singaporean.
The experience will kick-off with keynote speaker:
[1]A/P Roger Ho, Associate Professor of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS. He is also a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist at NUH. His clinical and research interests include major psychiatric disorders and psychiatric aspects of medical illnesses. A specific area of interest is psychopharmacology and animal studies. The human library experience is created to channel honest conversation and unpack further discussion from the public talk. Participants get to meet common folks from all walks of life and can discuss mental wellness practiced by them at different level. They carry different status: mother, teacher, moral role model, technologist, ex-undergraduate, young working adult, husbands. Brunch and cuppa of hot teh tarik will be there to accompany the intimate discussion. Ticket to human library experience will include brunch and hot teh tarik for participants.
