One Night with Roberto Cuda of The Sukhothai Bangkok

The Warehouse Hotel’s Lobby Bar sees acclaimed mixology and beverage consultant Roberto Cuda of the Sukhothai Bangkok present three of his specialities for one night on 21 March.
Roberto brings three of his favourites, each a reinterpretation of a classic cocktail, inspired by his own experiences around the world. Start with the Hazelnut Americano – a classic Americano with a chocolatey twist; then try Bangkok-Turin, a Negroni that is an ode to both his native Italy and current hometown made from a combination of Thai gin, Vermouth from Piemonte and a touch of spice. Finally, finish with the Scent of the Sea – a Gimlet infused with plankton and seaweed for a savoury, briny flavour and a touch of smokiness from the addition of Talisker 10, a drink bound to intrigue your taste buds.
