Tamarind marinated grilled prawns and papaya salad with tapai dressing
Pan roasted barramundi fillet with pineapple curried chutney and herb rice
Ivan’s blue flower and coconut dessert with ice cream
The Chow Kit Kitchen is a vibrant ode to all that is diverse, eccentric and welcoming about Kuala Lumpur. The new Christian Bauer and Eddie Chew all-day dining concept is located in a stunning space within Kuala Lumpur’s The Chow Kit Hotel, with interiors and decor created by award-winning, Brooklyn-based design collective Studio Tack.
