David Glass’s TEMPEST
– a re-imagining of Shakespeare’s The Tempest
This time around, KLSP takes a bolder and bigger innovative step, presenting a “re-imagined version” of Tempest, directed by David Glass, one of the world renown founders and initiators of the Physical/Visual, Devised and Applied Theatre movement.
Set in the last days of humanity, this production retells the story of Prospero–a scientist and truthsayer who holds the world’s knowledge, and his beloved daughter Miranda.
It will be a treat for the senses: spectacular visuals, sensuous music and sounds (and who knows olfactory ones, too). Almost tactile. All evocative.
