Head chefs at Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay in Thailand and Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta will go head-to-head in a cooking battle on September 12 at the Riva Grill Bar & Terrace, the award-winning onsite restaurant at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta.
Thailand’s Chef Jaturon “Eddy” Homkaew and Indonesian Chef Deden Gumilar will prepare a six-course meal and pre-dinner drinks for guests.
A special buffet lunch and dinner at Wyndham Casablanca Jakarta will also take place daily in the week of the chef battle, starting on September 9.
