Keith Motsi, the newly appointed head mixologist of Four Seasons Hotel Seoul’s Charles H — which currently sits at #14 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars — will be mixing it up at the Nautilus Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta. Motsi was born in Harare, Zimbabwe and raised in the UK. He has traveled around the world as a bartender, gaining a wealth of international experience.
