The World Press Photo Exhibition 2019 features the photos from this year’s World Press Photo Contest. Visitors will be able to see the World Press Photo of the Year, and for the first time, the World Press Photo Story of the Year. The winners were chosen by an independent jury that reviewed more than 78,801 photographs entered by 4,738 photographers from 129 countries.
As part of the exhibition, Erasmus Huis and Aliansi Jurnalis Independen (AJI Indonesia) will hold Artist Talk with Suzan van den Berg (World Press Photo’s exhibition coordinator), Ng Swan Ti (PannaFoto Institute’s managing director), Abdul Manan (Chairman of AJI Indonesia) on the day of the opening, Friday, September 6, at 3pm-5pm.
