Travel back in time to discover the rich history of The Netherlands’ flagship carrier KLM as well as the airline’s future, with focus on digital innovations for a sustainable future. On October 7, KLM will become the world’s first airline still operating under its original name to mark its 100th anniversary.
The exhibition will display a time capsule tunnel showing KLM’s monumental events, including the airline’s first intercontinental flight from Amsterdam to Indonesia in 1924. In addition, there will be creative exhibits showcasing KLM’s innovations and KLM’s Delft Blue Miniature Houses collection, the traditional Dutch houses that are usually found along the canals in Amsterdam and other historic towns in the Netherlands.
The exhibition will also be held on Monday, Oct 7.
