Roasted Carrot and White Bean Soup with Pine Nut and Croutons introduces main course choices of Pan Seared Sea Bass with Scallop, Cherry Tomato, Creamy Orzo Pasta and Basil Salsa; Roasted Spanish Pork Rack, with Sweet Potato Purée, Balsamic Glazed Mushroom Mix, Green Bean and Apple Jam; or Grilled Australian Beef Tenderloin, with Parmesan Potato Cake, Caramelised Baby Onion & Beef Jus.
