Divided over 4 courses, Duck & Waffle’s Valentine’s Day set menu has something for every couple. Highlighted dishes include the juicy USDA Prime Beef Carpaccio served with a tarragon mayo, shaved fresh truffles, parmesan shavings and chives, a succulent Loin of New Zealand Lamb with truffle crispy chips, and a meaty Grilled Seabass paired with sturgeon caviar, compressed cucumber, creamed artichokes and a sprinkle of sage.
Tie the meal together with the indulgent Dark Chocolate Mousse dessert, paired with a creamy white sesame ganache, biscuit ice-cream and topped with crystallised dark chocolate. Couples can enjoy their romantic meal with the cocktail pairing at an additional 220HKD per couple.
Options include For Her, a mix of gin, Malbec reduction, blueberry cream and topped with white chocolate foam. For Him is a concoction of bourbon, maple syrup, coffee bitters, smoke. Guests will also take home a complimentary photo that captures the love in the air on the most romantic day of the year.
