As in the past two years, “Sake Night” will be held on the evening right after the Judging Day! Apart from Japanese sake & delicious canapes ready for you to taste, you will receive a tasting glass this year for the first time! The outside corridor area is open to use and there are more places to pour the sake inside which will unblock the crowds without losing the lively atmosphere. This year, it will continue to be held at Sake Central, @ PMQ, the Hong Kong cultural landmark in Central. The chef of Sake Central will prepare the best canapes to pair the quality sake throughout the night. The entered Japanese sake that can be tasted this time comes from several prefectures including Kyoto, Hyogo, Yamagata, Dongtan, Ibaraki, Fukuoka, Niigata, Fukui, Nagano, Shiga, Saitama, Shizuoka, and Fukushima. It will be a great exchange between Hong Kong and Japanese culture.
In addition, there will be two “VIP Dining Session”, 9-course Tasting Menu will be prepared by Sake Central and entered sake are carefully selected by Food & Beverages Pairing Advisor who also known as the “3 in 1 Wine Expert”, TTSA Judge Affairs Director, Mr. Tomy Fong.
