A SoHo neighbourhood staple, Soul Food Thai is welcoming acclaimed Thai chef and two-time James Beard Award winner Andy Ricker to join Jarrett Wrisley in the kitchen. Together in the kitchen, the set menu will highlight several of Andy’s signature dishes including Krabong Fakthong with Ajaat, a sumptuous starter of crispy curried pumpkin fritters and spicy cucumber relish, or Plaa Muek Ping, wood-grilled baby octopus marinated in a mix of lime, fish sauce, garlic and green chillies. Serving fare that honours Bangkok’s epicurean exports, Soul Food Thai boasts a pride and adherence to traditional dishes that Andy Ricker belongs in.
