his January, SoHo’s neighbourhood Thai kitchen, Soul Food Thai, welcomes Chef Dylan Jones, one half of the duo behind Bo.Lan, to its kitchen for two nights of collaborative cooking. Joining Soul Food’s founder Chef Jarrett Wrisley and Soul Food Thai’s own Chef Charrin Singdaechakarn, the three chefs come together to create one menu of outstanding Thai favourites.
Bangkok-based Bo.Lan on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list, holds one Michelin Star and shot to household fame when it was featured on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. For this six-hands dinner, Chef Jones will recreate three Bo.Lan dishes complemented by Chef Wrisley’s best of Bangkok’s melting pot and Chef Singdaechakarn’s nostalgic flavours from her home in the Northeastern province of Isan.
