Terrible Baby presents “Sip the SUNSET”– a new mixology experience featuring guest bartender Shelley Tai (World Class HK Bartender of the Year 2019, Quinary) and our own head mixologist Edgar Santillan.
On Thursday August 22, come enjoy End of Summer Cocktails inspired by golden sunsets while chilling to live DJ music on our lush and large outdoor garden terrace. A special party swing will be set up to offer even more exhilarating views over Kowloon as you rock and forth to the beats.
“Sip the SUNSET” is the first mixology crossover event at Terrible Baby, the Reader’s Choice for Best New Bar at the 2019 Foodie Fork Awards. Acclaimed bartenders Shelley Tai and Edgar Santillan will join forces to showcase four kinds of cognac-based cocktails that personify the spirits of summer in a refreshing and unique way.
Guests can expect two hours free-flow of these specially crafted cocktails including Shelley’s ‘Paint the Sky’ and Edgar’s ‘Go Bananas’ alongside unlimited mini-burgers and canapés. Live music provided by the Eaton HK team will keep party vibes going. For only HK$180/person, “Sip the SUNSET” will be the perfect summer send off.
