Closing out our ho lee cooks series, Chef Jowett Yu is joining forces with fellow ‘black sheep’ and BFF chef Daniel Calvert of one-Michelin star BELON. Longtime friends, who often trade top tips and techniques, they create a force to be reckoned with when together in the kitchen. Guests can expect a menu showcasing their dynamic energy and an effortless combination of chef Jow’s passion for Chinese flavours and inventive take on Cantonese cuisine and chef Calvert’s creativity with ingredients and his dedication to precision.
